This is the first post on this blog, so please let me tell you some words what this project is about.
My name is Tamas, I’m from Hungary and I'm over my 4th decade. I'm a self-educated economist and investor focusing on China in the last few years. I've been to China sevaral times, I also learn the Chinese language and history so that I can understand better the Chinese culture and thinking.
Not that long ago there were only a handful of Chinese stocks/companies that people were interested in but as time went by things were changing fast and lots of new opportunities have opened. The World is divided if talking about China but anyhow the opinions are, China is growing quick and getting stronger and not a country or market that people can ignore.
My primary goal is to objectively look at investing opportunities, analyze companies, do researches based on fundamentals and economic conditions for mid and long-term investments via the Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong stock exchanges.
My secondary goal is to share knowledge about long-term investing overall. I'm working on an booklet that will summarize the most important factors people should take into account before making stock investment decisions. The chapters will be posted on this blog over time and the booklet will be publised as a free download once it's finished.
‘investinchi’ is a part time project and all content is for free.
I might put some referral links on the page but first I should find something to refer.
Later, if the project has been running for a while you can make donations to support it for the long-term and to (maybe) become a full-time project with more content.
